Blog sale, anyone?

I decided to spend the day going through all of my nail stuff and my cosmetics, and discovered that I had more than enough to hold a blog sale. I'm starting off with the nail stuff, then I'll do the  makeup tomorrow.Hope you guys all have funn shopping! Here's a few rules for the blog sale:

Postage- USA only.Sorry about that. Postage will start at $3.00, and there will be a charge of .50c of every item thereafter. Rules change if you have enough to fit in a flat rate box, in which case I'll just charge you for the flat rate fee.

Postage on any fragrance is completely different to anything else, because as you know, fragrances are heavy.This being the case I've decided that fragrances will ship for $5 per bottle, I think that's more than fair enough.

No returns, refunds or exchanges. If you're not 100% sure, don't buy it in the first place.

A couple new polishes and 'guess the original np' game.

First things first, the 'guess the original np' game. We have to do this firs,t as the swatch pics will give the game away! No cheating by scrolling down now, that takes the fun out of it! See if you can guess which one is the original China Glaze Frostbite? Here's a pic, look closely now...

It's pretty close, isn't it? I honestly don't know if I could tell the difference if I didn't know so already. The colour's spot on, the finish is the same, the application is the same. So which on do you reckon is the original? Anyone want to hazard a guess? For those of you that have given up trying, onto the 'reveal' pic:

A perfect dupe, and only $1.99! Fabulous! Having said that, it's not like the ChG would break the bank either, they're not much, only $5-$6 a pop.

Nail art

Hello there lovelies! You know me and my penchant for nail art, and you also know that more often than not you have to poke up with viewing some of my attempts at it. Sorry to tell you, but this post is exactly that, another opportunity for me to 'show off' my nail art. I so wish I had enough imagination to create it entirely from scratch(I don't as you know,) and I so wish I had just a teeny bit of the talent I see in so many other bloogers out there. Oh well, beggers can't be choosers I suppose, and for all that I'm not very good at what I do, I do try my best, and I do enjoy doing it, so I guess that's part of the battle won already! Anyway Sweeties. Here we go, off on another trip into the world of nail art:

I wish....I wish...I had the a teeniest bit of the talent of some of the nail techs out there. You tell 'em you want a flower, a beach, an animal, you tell 'em whatever you want, and somhow within a few strokes of the brush the most amazing design appears. Oh to have talent like that. It's pretty awesome, I have to say. I also have to say I'm pretty damn jeaous! Even if I did this 20 hours a day for the next 30 years I couldn't even hope to catch up with some of them. It feels good to be back

I'm sure most of you have long forgotten about me and my blog, and I for one don't blame you! My posting has been erratic at best, and doesnt really qualify for faithful followers. I know I keep on saying the same thing....

....and the same thing keeps on happening. I promise to post more regularly, then you don't hear from me for weeks. I'm so sorry. So much has happened to me since April, my whole life has been turned upside down. I no longer live in Virginia. I moved to North Carolina as it is so much cheaper to live here. I finally got internet about a week ago. I have so much stuff I need to catch up on, it's not even funny. I've missed you all, and I've missed this blog! I promise to make a much greater effort to post to this blog more regularly, at least it's going to be possible now I'm online again....at long last! Anyway, it's late and I'm going to sign off for now. So nice to be here again. You guys stay safe, and take care of yourselves, and I WILL see you all soon!
